Reader’s Journal

This journal provides templates for you to use. It is yours. There is no right or wrong way to fill it out. Some pages will feel easy. Some will feel hard. That is okay. The goal is not perfection but progress. One step at a time.

Keep this journal somewhere safe. Come back to it when you need grounding. There is no deadline. There is no judgement. There is just you, showing up for yourself.

How to Use This Journal

This journal pairs with the chapters in this guide. At the end of each chapter, you will find a gentle invitation to come here for deeper reflection. You can use this journal:

  • Alongside your reading. After finishing each chapter, turn to the corresponding page and reflect.
  • After finishing the guide. Work through the journal at your own pace as a way to consolidate what you have learned.
  • As a standalone workbook. Even without re-reading the guide, these prompts can help you explore your relationship with money.

This journal also includes tools from the 30-day reset (Chapter 11) and the Monthly Money Date (Chapter 12), so you can track your progress over time.
